How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Stoodconsistent Walk-In Tubs deserves fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Stoodconsistent Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Stoodconsistent Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@stoodconsistent.lat and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
